Substitution Policy

Again, when we call upon nature to send us her best there are the occasionally times we have to come up with Plan B so the recipient knows just how much you really cared. Often due to weather conditions, seasonality, regional availability of flowers we will make substitutions of equal or great value.

Our team and designers take the utmost care to see through the design intent, emotional sentiment and natural beauty of each arrangement. While overall shape, size, style and color combinations won’t be affected. For instance, white roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
